Innovating in education: a systemic approach

A challenge to review the learning experience of Getúlio Vargas Foundation’s Health Management course through design. We diagnosed the students’ learning journey to improve the course

Challenge

Education has been going through an ongoing shift, in spite of a challenging job market and new ways of connecting people. That said, we were invited by Getúlio Vargas Foundation (FGV) to review the learning experience of their Health Management course, using design thinking methodologies.

Outcome

After  broad research with students, teachers and hiring companies, we identified the key moments of the students’ learning journey. We then co-created opportunities to improve the course, providing the guidelines for a new pedagogical program.

We delivered a roadmap for short, medium and long term change by implementing differentiated, innovative experience for students and teachers in their educational process.
